My winter sugar spice is a must have for this time of year. It has a delicious, divine, warming aroma. It goes great with everything that is sweetened. Whether in tea, latte macchiato, cocoa, crepes, pudding, yoghurt or sugar for pastry: it always fits well. It is also makes a nice gift from the kitchen to give to friends and family.

Instructions for the Winter Sugar Spice
Add some spice mixture to some sugar according to your taste. Place some cloves, cinnamon stick, and star anise on top for decorating and extra flavoring. Then transfer it to an airtight container.
I like to use a glas Jar so that the whole of the spice pieces are clearly visible, it gives the whole thing a visual touch. It lasts for several months.
